These terms apply to the JS Truck Park mobile application (the "Application") created by JS TRUCK PARK (the "Service Provider").

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of the Service Provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your device, as it may compromise security features and lead to the Application not functioning correctly.
Certain functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application's inability to function if you lack access to Wi-Fi or have exceeded your data limit. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider, including roaming fees.
While we strive to keep the Application accurate and up to date, we rely on information provided by third parties. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying on the Application's functionality.
The Service Provider may terminate the provision of the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted to you will end; (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
