How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data in the JS Truck Park application, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to truckparkapp@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. In the email body, specify the phone number or username associated with your account.

After receiving your request, we will verify the account ownership and proceed with account deletion.

What data will be deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Username / display name
• Phone number
• Authentication credentials (stored securely)

Data retention

We do not retain personal user data after account deletion. If any data must be temporarily retained for legal or security reasons, it will be stored securely and deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days from the date of request.
